I absolutely love the bootcamp class, such a great vibe and atmosphere, its so welcoming and encouraging throughout each session which helps push you further and work harder. I like the fact the workouts change for each session, each time to work on different muscle groups and bring variety to the class. I would Recommend.
I've been down to the mroning sessions and circuits and always feel well thoughout. High intensity and a good balance of building up strength and fitness. The instructors have a great knack for knowing what you can handle but also how to squeeze that extra bit out of you. Whether its your first class or your tenth!
I would recommend the Cardio Boxfit classes, the workouts are so good. you are pushed to reach your potential every session and i can defo see improvements in my fitness. I was really nervous attending my first session as i hadnt done any excercise for along time but i felt instantly welcome. I love the classes so if you want a workout i would 1000% say to come join the classes.
